After winning all our hearts during his stint on Masterchef, Khanh has found a new home at The George and we are excited.

As a partner in the business and host with the most, he’s excited to work alongside the team to bring fresh menus and ideas to the venue, making it a place where people come together to enjoy the best things in life: great food, drinks, company, music, laughter and service.

After 6 years as the Senior Sous Chef at Red Spice Road, Anup has gained a reputable name as a highly skilled Chef with a strong knowledge and passion towards culinary traditions and cultures of Asian style cuisine.

His food is the perfect balance between elements of sweet, sour, hot and salty. Known as a strong restaurant kitchen operator and leader in banquet dining, food safety, dietary, nutrition and event management acumen, Anup demonstrates his success developing and seamlessly executing plans in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
