They include Stokehouse, Marchetti Tuscan Grill, Il Fornaio, The Will, Est Est Est, Bank Restaurant in London, Public Restaurant in New York, launched his own restaurant – Betel in New York, Jimmy Liks in Sydney, Coca Chu in Hamilton Island and most recently as the Group Executive Chef at The Lucas Group with restaurants such as Chin Chin, Hawker Hall, Kong, Kisumé and Baby.

After winning all our hearts during his stint on Masterchef, Khanh has found a new home at The George and we are excited.

As a partner in the business and host with the most, he’s excited to work alongside Head Chef Adam Woodfield to bring fresh menus and ideas to the venue, making it a place where people come together to enjoy the best things in life: great food, drinks, company, music, laughter and service.
